The Ultimate Hamburger
1lb ground beef 90/10 lean
1/4 cup Pub Sauce
Pinch kosher salt
Cracked black pepper
2 table spoons olive oil.
Method of Preparation
- Place on a plate brush with olive oil and grill on a hot grill.
- Tip is to have one side of the grill a little cooler than the other so that the burger can be finished off at medium heat.
- Set up – headed bun with lettuce, tomato, kosher dill pickle, sliced red onion and hickory smoked bacon.
Serve with Blue Cheese and Apple Coleslaw and of course more Eastern Shore Pub Sauce
