Creamy Pub Sauce Remoulade
½ cup pub sauce
1 cup heavy duty mayonnaise
3 table spoons sliced scallions
3 table spoons diced English cucumber
Juice from half lemon
3 table spoons diced red pepper.
Method of preparation
Stir all the ingredients together. Serve in small dishes to accompany crab cakes and also use as the base for a delicious chicken salad.
