Blue Cheese and Granny Smith Apple Coleslaw

Ingredients
½ head white cabbage sliced thinly
1 peeled granny smith apple cut into ½ inch cubes
½ cup crumbled blue cheese
1 large carrot peeled and grated

Base
1 cup mayonnaise
2tsp celery seed
2 teaspoons sugar
3 table spoons apple cider vinegar.

Method of preparation
Whisk all the ingredients together for the base and fold the remaining ingredients.
